Paul Daigrepont started building cars at age 18 by necessity.  He realized  He had a knack for it and began dabbling more and more into the workings of the cars.  He took a break for a few years to have kids.....Kerri  21 James 24 and Jennifer 26 and then came CRC which was originally Competition Race Cars in the late 80's.  He decided He wanted to offer his expertise to drag racers by building state of the art dragsters and door cars.

He started doing his homework finding out what things people did and did not like about their cars and what they wanted in a new car.  He Did continuous chassis simulation testing to genuinely understand How and what makes  a chassis work. with a mechanical as well as a technical appreciation of the chassis he began building drag cars in earnest. He Built in excess of 60 dragsters and many door cars for people like...Ricky Dixon, Bruce Darby, Vincent Cattalanotto, David Strain, Mark Jones, John Brenner, Mario Boesch, Bob Collins, Tony Giambrone, Vasil (VJ) John,  Matt and Thomas Levatino and many more.

Paul was hired to drive an NMCA Pro Street car in 1999 and finished #2 in the World Championship to Danny Scott and ahead of Pat Musi, Annette Summer, and many of the top contenders in the sport. Deciding to go try his hand at NASCAR racing, Paul Spent a year on the # 32 Tide sponsored car with Travis Kvafil as the driver.  Paul was given the task of building the chassis' and suspension components on the car. the opportunity of a lifetime opened for Paul in the form of DEI (Dale Earnhardt Inc.) he moved on to DEI where he ran the chassis plate,  building the car of tomorrow chassis' for drivers the likes of Dale Earnhart Jr, Martin Truex Jr. and Paul Menard.
